Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We hope you love your Aquila Hills Discovery Kit. Due to the inclusion of biological materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us at aquilahillsaustraliannatives@gmail.com with details and, where possible, a photo of the issue. We will work with you to provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions

Our 3, 6 and 12-month subscriptions are fixed-term subscriptions and will automatically end after the selected number of monthly deliveries.

You may cancel future deliveries before the next payment is processed. Payments already processed are not refundable for change of mind, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Due to biosecurity and quarantine requirements relating to biological materials, we currently ship within Australia only.
