Where we ship

Aquila Hills Australian Natives currently ships Discovery Kits Australia-wide. Due to Australian biosecurity and quarantine requirements relating to seeds and other biological materials, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Due to Western Australia's strict biosecurity requirements, seeds of some species may not be permitted to be delivered to WA. Many are though, especially at these small quantities, so please check with us before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from NSW. For individual Discovery Kits, orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Subscription Discovery Kits are dispatched during the relevant month, with kits generally sent by the 20th of each month.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and Australia Post delivery times. Delivery times are estimates only and may be longer during busy periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The flat rate shipping charge for the Monthly Discovery Kits (C5 large letter category) is $3.70.  Shipping charges for Monthly Discovery Kits are shown separately from the monthly kit price.

Delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Aquila Hills Australian Natives is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is delayed, damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at aquilahillsaustraliannatives@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the delivery provider.

We take care to package each Discovery Kit securely and in accordance with applicable requirements for sending seeds and biological materials within Australia.
