Cancellation Policy

Our 3, 6 and 12-month Discovery Kit subscriptions are fixed-term subscriptions and automatically end after the selected number of monthly deliveries.

You may cancel future deliveries at any time before your next payment is processed. Payments that have already been processed are not refundable for change of mind.

 

If a Discovery Kit is damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact us at aquilahillsaustraliannatives@gmail.com. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
