By placing an order with Aquila Hills Australian Natives, you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

Subscriptions

Our 3, 6 and 12-month Discovery Kit subscriptions are fixed-term subscriptions. Payments are charged monthly, plus applicable postage, and the subscription automatically ends after the selected number of deliveries. Future deliveries may be cancelled before the next payment is processed.

Seeds & Growing

Seeds are a natural biological product and germination and plant growth can vary depending on conditions. Growing information provided with our kits is intended as general guidance, and we cannot guarantee germination or growing results.
